6.30pm-7.15pm – AB attack

Wednesdays
9.30am-10.30am – Supple Strength .NO CLASS 11th
1pm-1.45pm- Body Conditioning with Sandbags
4.30-5pm –HIIT, NO CLASS 18th
5.30pm-6.25pm –Dance and Tone, Indoor cycling 11th, 18th
6.30pm-7.15pm- Kettlebells
7.30-8.15pm- Ultimate Body, NO CLASS 18th

Thursdays
10am-10.45am – Dance and Tone, Indoor cycling 5th, balance Workshop 12th ,Cardio aerobics 19th
1pm-1.45pm – Legs, Bums & Tums
5.30pm-6.25pm – Legs, Bums & Tums

7.15-7.45pm – AB Attack, NO CLASS 5th and 19th

10.00am-11.00am –Circuits
