9.30am-10.30am – Legs, Bums & Tums , 11am on 6th and 27th
10.15-10.45am – HITT, interval class 13th,  No class 6th and 27th
1pm-1.45pm – Pilates, Core Conditioning 13th , No class 6th and 27th
5.30pm-6.15pm – Indoor Cycling , No class  6th and 27th
6.30pm-7.15pm –Combat Fitness No class 6th and 27th

Tuesdays
9.30-10 am – HITT
10am-10.45am – Cardio Step UP
1pm-1.45pm –Combat Fitness
5.30pm-6.15pm – Pilates LBT 14th
6.30pm-7.15pm – AB attack

Wednesdays
9.30am-10.30am – Supple Strength
1pm-1.45pm- Body Conditioning with Sandbags
4.30pm -5pm HIIT , Intervals Class 15th
5.30pm-6.15pm –Zumba, Dance and Tone 1st
6.30pm-7.15pm- Kettlebells

Thursdays
10am-10.45am –Dance and Tone
1pm-1.45pm – Legs, Bums & Tums

10.00am-11.00am –Circuits, Zumba 17th
